Fujitsu is both an Oracle Platinum Partner and a global Managed Services Provider (MSP). Building on their 35-year alliance, the deepening relationship provides enterprises that run Oracle workloads and applications with greater agility and enables those with any type of on-premises infrastructure with a simple path to Oracle public or private cloud, including SPARC and Intel-based workloads. Fujitsu provides and fully manages Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) on Oracle Cloud and on-premises infrastructure globally. The company offers a broad range of Oracle Cloud Services including migration, integration, orchestration and managed services, all powered by Fujitsu’s end-to-end hybrid IT portfolio.
Additionally, Fujitsu now has a new offering, SAP on Microsoft Azure, leverages the Fujitsu end-to-end hybrid IT capabilities and global partnerships with both Microsoft and SAP. SAP on Azure from Fujitsu builds on a long-standing and deep relationship between Fujitsu and Microsoft that includes running dedicated Microsoft Azure service delivery teams both locally and globally for the last seven years. Working together, Fujitsu and Microsoft have developed new services that combine the SAP on Azure platform with SAP knowledge and business transformation experience from Fujitsu. Available immediately as a managed service, SAP on Azure from Fujitsu aims to help customers discover, migrate, and manage SAP in the cloud.
Furthermore Fujitsu – VMware’s 2018 Global OEM Alliance Partner of the year – is deepening its already-strong, 15-year partnership with VMware and is strengthening its ability to manage truly hybrid customer environments including VMware Cloud Foundation, VMware Cloud on AWS and VMware’s latest network and security products.
Finally, Fujitsu announced that it is training approximately 10,000 customer-facing employees globally to ensure its customers have access to highly skilled personnel with the latest skills, agile methodologies and relevant certifications to leverage leading cloud platforms.
