QNAP today announced a new line of affordable high-performance Turbo NAS servers. The TS-x12 lineup has one-, two-, and four-drive models with up to 8TB of storage starting at just over $200.
Three models were announced:
The TS-x12 series features 1.2GHz Marvell processors, up to 256MB of DDR2 RAM, and Gigabit LAN ports. QNAP says the NAS servers have low power consumption and are extremely quiet.
Availability
The QNAP TS-x12 series will be available starting February 2011. Official pricing information has not been announced.
