Rocstor has announced the launch of Amphibious; a secure, ruggedized portable hard drive with real time hardware encryption offering advanced two-factor authentication, FIPS 140-2 certified crypto module, USB 2.0, and Firewire 800.
Amphibious offers users the ability to use the portable device in a cross platform and Operating System independent fashion without the need of GUI or software installations. In addition, it uses a two-factor authentication with Smart Card and Keypad, real-time hardware encryption, and a futuristic design.
