These new storage solutions help SMB users to optimize file sharing, IP SAN applications, data storage, and data backup and are specifically designed to protect mission critical business data.

The EonNAS 1310 and 1510 SMBs enterprise-class storage solutions are equipped with advanced data protection features, such as data de-duplication and compression for optimized resource utilization and the ZFS file system for end-to-end data integrity. Features like unlimited snapshot capability, which offers space-efficient differential data copies to quickly rollback data or restore files in the event of data errors, offer even further data protection.

Additionally, Infotrend’s newly announced solutions have comprehensive protocol support, giving SMB users the ability to serve file-based and block-based applications with a single device and achieve seamless file sharing among Windows, Mac and Linux/Unix workstations.

The EonNAS 1310 comes equipped with an Intel Celeron dual-core 2.5GHz processor, 2GB DDR3 RAM, and two Gigabit LAN ports as well as eight drive bays, which can reach 24TB in storage capacity. The EonNAS 1510 is a bit more powerful featuring an Intel CoreTM i3 dual-core 3.3GHz processor, up to 8GB DDR3 RAM and two Gigabit LAN ports with a storage capacity of 36TB when using all 12 available drive bays. The EonNAS 1510 also gives users extended connectivity options, such as six Gigabit LAN ports (EonNAS 1510-1) and two Gigabit LAN ports in addition to two 10 Gigabit LAN ports (EonNAS 1510-2).
