To further drive NAS functionality, the LinkStation 400 Series is DLNA Certified meaning that it can be used as an iTunes server. Additionally, it features an integrated BitTorrent Client for simplified media storage and streaming as well as P2P sharing. Buffalo’s WebAccess service is designed to be used when users are away from home as it enables them to create a free personal cloud for remote access over the Internet or on smartphones and tablets. Users can even share selected files with friends or family by sending a link. Additionally, apps are available for iOS and Android devices to enhance operation.
