Workspaces are no longer static, physical locations nor are they tied to an on-site desktop computer. With the influx of mobile devices and the ability to work from them work can be done from almost anywhere at any time. In order to address this, IT needs to rethink its infrastructure. The workforce demands consumer-like apps and experience, including instant and seamless access to data and services and BYOD programs that let people use the latest devices for work. Not only does IT have to accommodate for these changes they must adjust their security policies, management processes and end-user access.
