HP has announced the t730, the world’s first thin client with native quad UHD/4K display support coupled with next-generation quad-core AMD processing power. Ideal for business customers in high-performance sectors, such as financial services, oil/gas, digital media, and engineering, HP’s new Thin Client lineup allows businesses to achieve the content-driven performance they need, without any supplemental add-ons, extras or options. HP’s previous Thin Client release was back in August with the incredibly light and compact mt42.

The HP t730 supports more displays than most desktop PCs with the ability to attach four monitors via the new UHD/4K resolution standard; users can also leverage an impressive six separate displays if they choose to add the optional AMD FirePro discrete graphics card. The AMD R-Series quad-core APU with Turbo Core technology increases CPU performance up to 3.6 GHz, allowing businesses to run resources-heavy, workstation-class apps, as well as the ability to render high-frame rate video to all connected displays. Additionally, multimedia is presented with a total of 8,294,400 pixels.
