Copy, which was designed for both consumers and businesses in order to provide a more robust and feature-rich option, brings powerful capabilities and control to users and administrators to safely access, sign, and share critical business data. The latest edition of Copy highlights include:
- New web interface for improved sharing, visibility, and functionality
- LDAP integration for secure access and enables administrators to easily control access to data stored in Copy
- Live Office previews for PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in fully native Microsoft Office preview frame
- Drag and drop for easy moving and upload files

Copy Site Server was developed to optimize access, performance, and security with hybrid onsite and cloud-based file sync and share. Highlights include:
- Local recovery where the files are stored locally preventing a productivity impact in the event of an external network outage
- “Never Full” local cache, caching the most frequently used files on Copy Site Server
- Network drive support using CIFS/SMB protocol, improving file access and reducing storage costs
- Traffic optimization by the Copy Agent automatically through any available Copy Site Server to mitigate network bandwidth issues
Availability and pricing
Barracuda Copy Site Server is available now. The physical appliance starts at $999 or an annual virtual appliance subscription is $699.
Copy Site Server and Copy cloud license bundle packages are also available now starting at $4,999 with 500GB capacity and 50 users.
