Barracuda Networks Inc. has announced the general availability of the latest version of their appliance that allows businesses to obtain signatures from employees, customers, and partners, Barracuda SignNow version 4.0. The new version release comes as part of Barracuda's Protection Plus initiative.
Barracuda Networks Inc. has announced the general availability of the latest version of their appliance that allows businesses to obtain signatures from employees, customers, and partners, Barracuda SignNow version 4.0. The new version release comes as part of Barracuda's Protection Plus initiative.
The Barracuda SignNow appliance enables organizations to obtain signatures securely in seconds significantly reducing document turnaround time. The appliance allows control of data both in transit and at rest (whether maintained on site or within VPN). Emails can be controlled through use of existing SMTP services. And it supports the use of internal LDAP/AD for identity management.
Version 4.0 allows SignNow to be available in hardware and virtual deployment configurations. This allows users to share, sign, and collaborate in secure on-premises environments or they can deploy an eSignature solution in their private cloud infrastructure. The new version of SignNow gives businesses secure, flexible deployment options that are easy to install and use.

Availability and pricing
Barracuda SignNow version 4.0 is generally available today at a starting price of $1000/year for up to 10 users. Barracuda SignNow Appliance is now available starting at $4849 for an annual license. Barracuda SignNow Appliance Vx (running on Hyper-V and VMware environments) is available now starting at $4799 for an annual license.
