Deploy And Operationalize AI applications in HPE Private Cloud AI With One Click

by Harold Fritts

HPE Private Cloud AI enables organizations to launch and operationalize generative AI virtual assistants in seconds with a single mouse click.

HPE has announced general availability for HPE Private Cloud AI and new solution accelerators aimed at simplifying the deployment and automation of artificial intelligence (AI) applications. Co-developed with NVIDIA, HPE Private Cloud AI is designed to help businesses of all sizes create and deploy generative AI (GenAI) applications. This new offering is part of the broader NVIDIA AI Computing by HPE portfolio. HPE’s solution accelerators let enterprises deploy virtual assistants with a single click and operationalize them within seconds.

According to Fidelma Russo, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Hybrid Cloud and CTO at HPE, businesses are under increasing pressure to quickly deploy GenAI applications while simultaneously demonstrating value. She highlighted that deploying AI applications often involves integrating a range of models, tools, and datasets, a typically complex and time-consuming task. HPE’s solution accelerators, however, simplify this process, reducing deployment timelines from months to moments.

The first solution accelerator, a GenAI virtual assistant, is designed to enable developers to quickly build interactive chatbots capable of answering questions in natural language. Powered by large language models (LLMs) and informed by private organizational data, this assistant can be tailored for various use cases such as tech support, sales quote generation, and marketing content creation. Future iterations of the virtual assistant will support more advanced capabilities, including voice interaction, image recognition, and multi-agent support for content generation and multi-task execution.

HPE also plans to introduce additional solution accelerators targeted at specific industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, energy, and the public sector. Many of these future offerings will be built on NVIDIA NIM Agent Blueprints, reference AI use cases that can be continuously refined based on data and enterprise feedback. Justin Boitano, Vice President of Enterprise AI Software Products at NVIDIA, emphasized that these blueprints allow for AI applications developed on HPE Private Cloud AI to evolve and improve through a continuous learning cycle driven by human feedback.

The solution accelerators provided by HPE are customizable, modular applications. They are low-code or no-code solutions to simplify the traditionally complex AI deployment process, often involving integrating multiple IT resources, such as microservices, data warehouses, AI models, and user management systems. These accelerators run on HPE Private Cloud AI. They are managed through HPE GreenLake, offering a comprehensive and secure environment for AI application deployment, including enterprise guardrails and data isolation for added protection.

To further support the adoption of AI solutions, HPE has introduced the Unleash AI partner program as part of its HPE Partner Ready initiative. This program is designed to accelerate AI deployment by supporting a robust ecosystem of partner organizations. It includes software providers across the technology stack’s data, AI model, and application layers, as well as system integrators and service providers who assist with advisory, design, and implementation services. Partner solutions, including those based on NVIDIA NIM Agent Blueprints, will be curated, pre-validated, and optimized to run on HPE Private Cloud AI.
