Eaton has introduced their eATS Monitored platform to the Americas by adding 15- and 20-Amp to its advanced automatic transfer switch (ATS) portfolio. The company’s latest ATS products bring even more capabilities to data centers and mission-critical facilities, as it helps to ensure consistent, 24/7 up-time and redundancy from a single power supply. Eaton’s enterprise power solutions are known for their reliable and complete solutions, offering end-users an efficient way to monitor, manage and control power in the data center.

Eaton has introduced their eATS Monitored platform to the Americas by adding 15- and 20-Amp to its advanced automatic transfer switch (ATS) portfolio. The company’s latest ATS products bring even more capabilities to data centers and mission-critical facilities, as it helps to ensure consistent, 24/7 uptime and redundancy from a single power supply. Eaton’s enterprise power solutions are known for their reliable and complete solutions, offering end-users an efficient way to monitor, manage and control power in the data center.

In the event of a power malfunction, Eaton’s eATS Monitored platform seamlessly switches to the secondary non-phase alternating current power sources without burdening organizations with any interruptions to their data centers. Eaton also indicates that their new platform includes a new LCD interface with enhanced features, which improves workflows for data center and IT managers when monitoring electric loads, saving both time and expenses.

Eaton has designed their eATS Monitored platform Designed with extensive redundancy in mind, specifically for mission-critical applications. It also features a network communication card that notifies users in the event of a power drop; it automatically senses the proper conditions and initiates a fast transfer (or re-transfer) of the switch to maintain the power so critical equipment stays operational at all times.

The eATS Monitored platform is optimized for the company's integrated power management solutions, including power distribution units and uninterruptible power systems, such as their G3 Platform ePDU and Eaton BladeUPS Power System, respectively. Additionally, the new eATS Monitored models leverage Eaton’s virtualization-ready power management system and operate with the company’s ePDU third-generation (G3) platform, the latter which distributes power to multiple devices. They can also be monitored via Eaton’s Intelligent Power Manager software.
