EMC will be releasing a new VNXe model, the 1600. We had previously reviewed the VNXe3200 and stated that a great advantage to the VNXe3200 was its attractive price point starting at $11,500. EMC’s VNXe1600 will come in at even a lower price point, around $8,000, and will bring the benefits of the VNX line to smaller and branch offices.
