Skyera’s newest second-generation all-flash array, the skyHawk FS, provides capacity up to 136TB of raw flash in a 1U rack space. It also features a competitive price point, which allows companies to update their legacy storage platform to solid-state flash storage at a very reasonable price. This, as well as its entire portfolio of solid-state storage systems, is in line with HGST's focus on data center storage solutions and helping users to manage the huge volume, velocity and variety of data for better efficiency and reliability in managing data through its lifecycle. HGST says that it is striving on developing innovative products that address the rapidly evolving needs of cloud service providers and enterprises through the tight integration of advanced software and hardware.
