The system excels in productivity by offering a substantial improvement over its predecessor, the FlashSystem 5200. When handling typical enterprise workloads, it can deliver a 45% increase in throughput for mixed workloads and a 50% boost in bandwidth for sequential processing tasks. This marks a step-change in efficiency, allowing enterprises to handle more data faster.
Storage density is another area where the FlashSystem 5300 stands out. It can provide up to 1.81PB of effective capacity in a fully loaded 1U chassis, leveraging a 2:1 deduplication and 3:1 compression ratio.
