In 2022, iXsystems grew four times faster than the Enterprise storage market. The TrueNAS family of Enterprise appliances offers an Enterprise storage experience with the unique benefits of Open Source Economics. Gartner Peer Insights Ranked TrueNAS sixth among primary storage vendors and the only storage vendor in the top 15 highest-rated products with a “100 percent recommend” score. With a highly-rated support program, a robust feature set, an easy-to-use interface, and high performance, it’s clear why TrueNAS received a 4.8 out of 5-star rating.
TrueNAS Open Storage software had milestone releases of TrueNAS CORE and TrueNAS SCALE with 660,000 downloads in 2022, eclipsing the 15 million download mark deployed globally. TrueNAS users rated their experience with a record-high Net Promoter Score, 62 percent higher than the industry average for B2B software companies.
Linux-based TrueNAS SCALE grew to over 40,000 users with nearly 1 Exabyte under management in the first ten months of its release. TureNAS SCALE and CORE earned top ratings on major review sites, including the highest ranking and most reviews for All-Flash Arrays on G2, the highest rating, and most customer-verified reviews for Network Attached Storage on TrustRadius.
