Kingston has announced the second generation of their SSDNow V-Series. The latest generation adds TRIM support and a modest performance gain, and comes in 30GB, 64GB and 128GB sizes. The good news is that the drive MSRPs remain the same as the current V-series drives and the V-Series 2 will be available starting February 15th.

The good news is that the drive MSRPs remain the same as the current V-series drives and the V-Series 2 will be available starting February 15th.
The SSDs will be available as stand-alone drives or as part of an upgrade kit which includes the drive, a USB enclosure, drive imaging software from Acronis and mounting hardware for the 3.5" desktop version. All drives get a three-year warranty.
