Lexar has announced performance enhancements to its portfolio of JumpDrive USB 3.0 flash drives, including the Lexar JumpDrive P20, JumpDrive S75, JumpDrive S55, JumpDrive S35, and JumpDrive S25. Improvements include increased read and write speeds for faster transferring rates as well as EncryptStick Lite software to help protect essential files by providing the option to keep these files in a password protected vault.

Lexar JumpDrive P20
JumpDrive P20 is quoted with read speeds up to 400MB/s and write speeds up to 270MB/s and features a sleek design with a metal alloy base and high-gloss mirror top. It also includes a key ring loop. The P20 drives are available in capacities of 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB.
Lexar JumpDrive S75
The JumpDrive S75 line offers read speeds up to 150MB/s and write speeds up to 60MB/s and features a retractable connector with easy-to-use thumb slide. It comes in a range of colors and capacities, including purple (16GB), orange (32GB), green (64GB), black (128GB), and white (256GB).
Lexar JumpDrive S55
The JumpDrive S55 offers read speeds up to 150MB/s and write speeds up to 60MB/s and is now available in a 128GB capacity. The drive also features a slim design with a protective sliding cover and is available in black.
Lexar JumpDrive S35
The JumpDrive S35 is one of the economical options of the bunch and offers read speeds up to 150MB/s and write speeds up to 60MB/s. The device also features a swivel design with an automatically retractable connector as well as key ring loop. The drive is available in a range of colors and capacities, including teal (16GB), green (32GB), purple (64GB), and black (128GB).
Lexar JumpDrive S25
As another affordable option, the JumpDrive S25 is quoted with read speeds up to 150MB/s and write speeds up to 60MB/s and offers a slim, retractable design and is available in a range of colors and capacities, including teal (16GB), green (32GB), purple (64GB), and black (128GB).
Every JumpDrive USB 3.0 flash drive includes EncryptStick Lite software, an advanced security solution with 256-bit AES encryption to help protect essential files against corruption, loss, and deletion. Users can create a password-protected vault that automatically encrypts data stored within it. For further protection, files that are deleted from the vault are securely erased and cannot be recovered.
Also announced are the new Lexar Professional 1000x microSDHC and microSDXC UHS-II cards, which offer read transfer speeds up to 150MB/s. The new Lexar cards are designed for sports camcorders, tablets, and smartphones, and leverage Ultra High Speed II (U3). The Professional 1000x microSDHC and microSDXC UHS-II cards are backwards compatible with UHS-I cameras and readers at UHS-I speeds, as well as non-UHS-I devices at Class 10 speeds.
In addition, they are available in 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB capacities, and can handle quick capture, play back, and transfer extended lengths of the highest quality 1080p full-HD, 3D, and 4K video. The Lexar Professional cards also include a lifetime copy of Image Rescue software to recover any lost or deleted files, and each card is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
Availability
The new JumpDrive USB 3.0 flash drives are slated for a February 2015 release. JumpDrive P20 will come with a limited lifetime warranty and JumpDrive S25, JumpDrive S35, JumpDrive S55, and JumpDrive S75 will feature a three-year limited warranty.
Lexar Professional 1000x microSD UHS-II cards will be available in Q1 of 2015 with a price tag of $59.99 (32GB), $109.99 (64GB), and $189.99 (128GB).
