Microsoft's OneDrive for Business can be purchased as a stand alone product but also comes with Office 365 or SharePoint Online business subscription plans. OneDrive for Business is a cloud-based file hosting service (similar to DropBox, G-Drive, Box, and Elephant Drive) that enables companies to store, sync, access and share files quickly and easily via mobile device or web browser. While the ease-of-use of such cloud-based file hosting services are appealing to end users, the migration and management can present headaches to IT.
