Micron C400 mSATA SSD

The mSATA C400 leverages the same platform as the Micron C400/Crucial m4 and simply delivers it in the increasingly popular mSATA form factor. Micron sees substantial growth in the market primarily as Ultrabook adoption grows, along with solutions that can use an mSATA SSD as a cache for a larger hard drive behind it.

Looking into next year, Micron showed a little bit about their plans to grow their SSD line with the mSATA SSD, but also an enterprise drive based on MLC NAND, an SSD with SAS interface and plans for additional products in the enterprise PCIe SSD space, including their third generation product.
