OCZ has launched the Deneva Series SSDs for the enterprise, leveraging the SandForce SF-1500 processor and SLC, MLC and eMLC NAND options. The drives feature speeds of up to 285MB/s read and 275MB/s write; and 4KB random writes up to 50,000 IOPS.

The Deneva series of drives come in SATA, SAS, FC and PCIe interfaces. As such the form factors are wide, ranging from 1.8" to 3.5" and several others depending on interface. OCZ has also included a custom firmware on the drives for maximum performance.
Other highlights include emergency power loss protection with a SuperCap, improved endurance, encryption and ECC protection.
