All forms of data are growing fast, but unstructured is doubling every two years. According to Gartner, by 2021, more than 80% of enterprise unstructured data will be stored in scale-out file system and object storage systems in enterprise and cloud data centers. As stated Panzura Freedom 7 Family combines the scale and economics of the cloud along with the performance of flash. Panzura states that this new family can address the above issues by consolidating and simplifying storage infrastructure while at the same time gaining business agility, and reducing the overall cost of storage by up to 70%. And it can serve as the foundation to a cloud-first approach to managing unstructured data.
