The SanDisk U110 and i110 SSDs enhance SanDisk’s ultra-portable SSD line. Built on 19nm lithography, the SSDs offer quick performance and advanced power-management features necessary for ultra-thin notebooks and tablets. The U110 SSD is cost-effective and responsive, and its primary feature is that it is available in multiple formats: Half-Slim SATA, mSATA, mSATA mini, 2.5” cased and M.2. The i110 iSSD is SanDisk’s smallest SSD which provides up to 128GB of storage in a compact BGA form factor. The two exact dimensions in which it’s available are 16x20mm and 12x16mm. That size optimizes the drive for ultra-thin and light notebooks as well as convertible laptops (tablet+notebook functionality).

SanDisk is also announcing that their SanDisk X110 SSD is now shipping in an mSATA form factor with capacities at 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB. The new mSATA SanDisk X110 SSD is now available through SanDisk for Business.
