New Home and Home Office Features:
- Antivirus Essential- Included antivirus software
- Improved Apple support- added support for Airport Express/Extreme and integration with iCloud saves time in configuration
- Enhanced mobile support- updated apps for iOS, Android (including tablets), and Amazon Kindle Fire
- Cloud Station and QuickConnect- for easy file synchronization

New Business Features:
- Improved ADS/ACL support- Edit and audit ACLs from within DSM

With more devices offering app support, it wasn’t a huge shock seeing Synology making this push. They have already offered package downloads, although the latest method makes it easier for the user to select the application and install it on the system without first downloading an installation files to their computer beforehand.
