HyperCache transparently caches data on SSDs to improve performance without configuration changes to infrastructure or applications. HyperCache is designed to help administrators increase virtualization density by using commodity SSDs as a higher-performance storage tier. When deployed on a Microsoft Hyper-V server, VeloBit can increase the maximum number of supported virtual machines without requiring SAN array or other hardware upgrades.
With the addition of HyperCache for Windows and Hyper-V, VeloBit’s caching portfolio now accelerates Windows, Hyper-V, VMware, Linux, Citrix XenServer, Xen, KVM, and OpenVZ operating systems.
