1 TB – WD10EALX
750 GB – WD7500AALX
500 GB – WD5000AAKX
320 GB – WD3200AAKX
250 GB – WD2500AAKX
The 6 Gb/s Caviar Blue drives also feature 7200RPM speeds and 32MB cache in the 1TB and 750GB capacity and 16MB cache in the 500GB, 320GB and 250GB capacities.
